Returns & Refunds Policy (Pronene Memory Plan)

We guarantee the quality of our USA-made products. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, please return the unused portion of your supplements and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Books must be returned in like-new condition (no writing, stains, or damage).

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to start a return

Email support@pronene.com with your full name, email, phone number, and shipping address. We may contact you to understand your experience so we can continue improving our products.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any questions: support@pronene.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Digital products/downloads (if applicable) are non-returnable once delivered.

  • For safety and quality control, we accept returns of supplements only with the unused portion returned in the original container.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to start a return for the item you have. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

You may cancel anytime. Cancellations apply to future renewals and do not retroactively refund shipped orders. If a subscription order has already shipped, please start a return as above.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received—unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@pronene.com
